All orders are shipped with UPS Ground unless otherwise specified and paid for. All orders ship within 24 hours unless you place an order on Friday after 4:00 PM EST, which will be shipped out on Monday.

RETURNS
Online returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, for a refund to the original payment method. Customers are required to email sales@bigdropnyc.com within 7 days of receiving with request for return or exchange.
