RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We understand if you are not happy with your purchase. Your happiness and satisfaction is our main priority! We will happily accommodate the following return options within 7 days from when you receive your order for a refund to the original payment method. All returns will be processed within 1-2 business days. 

How to Return:

1) Contact sales@bigdropnyc.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to request the return

2) Once you receive approval, please send back your item(s) to the address provided:

3) Once item(s) is received and approved, you will receive your refund. Please note a $10 restocking fee per item will be deduced from any refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges outside of the 7-day window. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in the original condition. Items must be returned with all original tags attached and packaging. 

If item is returned not in original condition, we will send it back as we cannot accept it. If multiple items were purchased and one item was not in original condition, we will deduct return shipping fee from refund.

Please note that all sale items, swimwear, activewear, bodysuits, intimates, accessories, jewelry, hats and footwear are all FINAL SALE.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for another size or color, we recommend returning your original item(s) and placing a new order. This will be the best way to ensure you receive your new order in a timely manner.
