RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We understand if you are not happy with your purchase and want to do our best to help you out! As a small boutique business with limited quantities, it is difficult to maintain constant returns and exchanges. If you have any fit or styling questions, we encourage you to chat us here, DM us on IG @bigdropnyc or text 917-607-3336.
Online returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, for a refund to the original payment method.
How to Return:
1) Contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item to request the return
2) Once you receive approval, please send back your item to the address provided
3) Once item is received and approved, you will receive your refund. Please note a $10 restocking fee per item will be deduced from any refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges outside of the 7-day window. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in the original condition. Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging, along with a copy of the receipt.
Please note that all sale items, swimwear, activewear, bodysuits, intimates, accessories, jewelry, hats, footwear, and masks are all FINAL SALE.
If you would like to exchange your item for another size or color, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order. This will be the best way to ensure you receive your new item in a timely manner.
