SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with UPS Ground unless otherwise specified and paid for. All orders ship within 24 hours unless you place an order on Friday after 4:00 PM EST, which will be shipped out on Monday.

Overnight Shipping: $50
2nd Day Air: $40

International Shipping:

Please contact sales@bigdropnyc.com for an international shipping quote. The price of shipping will be dependent on the size and weight of your order and the shipping destination. All international orders are final sale.

RETURNS

Online returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, for a refund to the original payment method. Customers are required to email sales@bigdropnyc.com within 7 days of receiving with request for return or exchange.
