Make sure skin is clean, dry, oil and lotion free. Measure and precut the perfect amount of Body Contour Tape to complement your breast size and garment of choice. Remove backing and hold the breast in desired position. Start taping on to the skin from the bottom up, smoothing and stretching the tape as you go. Use more tape if necessary. If placing the tape over the nipple, apply nipple covers before use.
