Online returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, for a refund to the original payment method. Customers are required to email sales@bigdropnyc.com within 7 days of receiving with request for return or exchange. Please note that all sale items, swimwear, activewear, bodysuits, intimates, accessories, jewelry, footwear, and masks are all FINAL SALE. For more information, click HERE.
I saw an item I liked on your Instagram account, do you have it available online?
Yes! Everything we post on our Instagram account @bigdropnyc is available for purchase Feel free to DM us on Instagram if you need assistance finding a specific item online, we would be happy to help!
Where do you ship to?
We ship internationally! Feel free to contact us if you have a specific question about your order.
Do you have any physical store fronts?

Do you sell gift cards?
We currently sell e-gift cards. Please follow this LINK to purchase a gift card.
I need help with sizing, who should I contact?

When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 24 hours if placed Monday through Friday. If you place an order on Friday after 4:00 PM EST, it will be shipped on Monday.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We are so sorry to hear that you received an item damaged! Please contact sales@bigdropnyc.com and we would be happy to assist you.
How do I place an exchange?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for another size or color, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order. This will be the best way to ensure you receive your new item in a timely manner.
